After School Programs

The School District of Palm Beach County offers high-quality after school programs that meet the fundamental needs of students during out-of-school time. Our programs provide a safe, secure environment in which children can be involved in wholesome, enriching activities that deliver meaningful out-of-school-time experiences. 

  • For the 2024-2025 school year, registration for District after school programs for grades K-5 is available via an online portal.  
  • Parents can register for an after school program by visiting the online registration portal, Eleyo to submit an after school program registration contract request. Enrollment can only be requested for grades K-5 programs.  

Once a contract request has been submitted, all students will be placed on the waitlist. Submitting a contract request does not guarantee enrollment into the program.  Acceptance into an after school program is determined by the number of slots available, on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon approval of your contract request, you will be notified via email. 

There is a $35 registration fee for elementary after school programs. Parents will be required to submit the registration fee when they are notified that their Eleyo enrollment contract request has been accepted. Payment can be made online through Eleyo, or in person at the school site by check, or money order. 

School District employees with children enrolled in K-5 afterschool programs are eligible for a 25% tuition discount. To receive the discount, employees must submit Form PBSD 2476 Employee Verification for Afterschool Programs. The deadline for submission is August 31st for the discount to begin on September 1st. 

Forms received after August 31st will be processed as of the date submitted by the employee, with the discount beginning the following month. Please note that employees must fill out a new form for EACH school year for EACH child enrolled in an afterschool program. Discounts do NOT roll over from year to year.

Middle School Afterschool Sign-Out

To support families and schools with a contactless sign-out process, the Middle School After School Program will be requesting Parent/Guardian to submit an electronic signature for Student Pick-Up from the MSAS Programs.

Parent/Guardian will:

  • Call the afterschool director or main office upon arrival to the school.
  • Complete and submit the MSAS Afterschool Student Sign Out Form for each student being picked up daily.
  • The form must be submitted from the designated pick up location only.
